Orbata Tech Store (Orbata Limited) provides a one-year warranty for all products purchased from us. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during the warranty period.

What is Covered by the Warranty?

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following:

How to Get Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact Orbata Tech Store (Orbata Limited) customer support. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will then arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced.

Additional Terms and Conditions

In some cases, Orbata Tech Store (Orbata Limited) may require you to return the product to us for inspection. We will pay for shipping costs for products returned for warranty service.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty with respect to the products. Orbata Tech Store (Orbata Limited) is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty may be modified or amended by Orbata Tech Store (Orbata Limited) at any time.
